Pre-Conference Workshop: Help Is on the Way: Comprehensive Care of the Young Adult With Cancer

Learning Objectives:

• Describe three key pillars of adolescent and young adult (AYA) care in oncology, focusing on fertility preservation, comprehensive psychosocial care and survivorship, among others
• Identify guidelines and resources for fertility preservation in AYA patients with cancer to support informed decision-making
• Discuss critical aspects of survivorship care for AYA patient with cancer, including long-term follow-up, late effects of treatment, and psychosocial support
• Identify effective screening tools for evaluating mental health concerns commonly faced by AYA patients with cancer
• Apply the NCCN Guidelines to create a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to an AYA patient's unique needs
