Erika Ramsdale MD, MS is Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the University of Rochester Medical Center/Wilmot Cancer Institute. She is a practicing geriatric oncologist who sees patients ≥70 years with GI malignancies. She is a NIH-funded researcher investigating health outcomes and decision-making in older adults with cancer, including development of machine learning and artificial intelligence models for risk prediction and phenotyping. She is Director of Informatics for the WIlmot Cancer Institute (WCI) and co-leads the WCI Technology and Innovation Group, a technology development team that built and maintains Hyperion, an award-winning data management platform for cancer data with an integrated application suite and artificial intelligence tools.
