PA Gonzalez is a bilingual clinical provider for over 20 years in diverse Hospital, Medical and Private Practice settings in multiple specialties. She has extensive experience with Latino populations and enjoys educating providers about health promotion, and healthcare disparities for the underserved communities. She has served as President for PAs for Latino Health (PALH) and is currently serving as a director at large for the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA). She practices in Breast Medical Oncology.
Recipient of the 2024 National Hispanic Health Foundation Award for her role in leadership in improving the health of Hispanics, the AAPA 2024 Diversity Award and the 2024 TAPA PA of the Year.
PA Gonzalez earned her Bachelor of Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College in 2004 and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2021.
