Describe the pathophysiology of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in individuals with cancer
Identify risk factors for VTE in individual patients
Discuss current treatment strategies for the management of VTE in individuals with cancer
Develop treatment strategies for the management of individuals with cancer and VTE who are at high risk and/or experience bleeding with anticoagulation and those who require bridging
Identify strategies for management of individuals with VTE who face barriers to treatment, including cost of care and access to care, that can be used in participants' practice settings
